Aluminum plant tags laser-engraved for permanent outdoor readability, mounted on an acrylic stake with a secure snap-fit connection — no tools, no assembly. Built for vegetable gardens, herb beds, potted plants, bonsai, and nursery or botanical garden displays where a tag needs to hold up outdoors for years.
Every tag passes through my hands — drilled, washed, engraved, and inspected individually. The aluminum won't rust, the engraving won't fade, and the matte black finish stays readable in full sun without glare. The tag slides into a precision-cut slot in the acrylic stake at a natural reading angle.
Each tag is business card size (2⅛" x 3⅜"). Choose the 7" stake for potted plants, bonsai, and shallow beds, or the 9" stake for deeper planting and larger garden beds.
Layout options
- Text only — up to 4 lines of custom text
- Text + QR code — 2 lines of text plus a scannable QR code linking to any URL. I create the QR code image; you just provide the URL.
Keep line 1 under 24 characters and subsequent lines under 36 characters to preserve clean readability.
Stake options
7" or 9" two-tone acrylic — 1/8" thick white acrylic with a matte black, UV-rated coating. My standard stake, included with every tag.
9" solid black acrylic — 1/4" thick, matte black on one side, glossy on the other. A heavier-duty option for garden beds that see more wind or foot traffic. Tip: if the tag is snug going into this stake, a drop of dish soap on the slot makes insertion easier.
